Hello and a warm welcome to my page! My name is Jade and I am a mum of two and a Hypnobirth Instructor based in East Sussex.

 

I firstly would like to breakdown the reason to my business name & it’s very much inspired by my children! Their name’s are Marlow and Ella, so this was the perfect blend that fitted so well and represents what my business is about! Enhancing the feelings of being calm and relaxed in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

And now a little insight into what lead me to choose this beautiful career path! 

It all started with my very first pregnancy and birth with my daughter, Ella, I found some challenges and I felt very unprepared and not in control of my body, decisions or my birth. 

I soon realised the impact of my birth and it left me with birth trauma.
I was told about hypnobirthing and I started to research it after my birth with Ella.

Fast forward a year & 1/2 and I fell pregnant with my angel baby, Sienna. I sadly lost my baby and when it came to birthing her I remembered the research I’d done into hypnobirthing and the power of breathing and this helped me during my labour. I also got recommended a lovely hypnobirthing with loss MP3 which helped through the early labour, I’ll always remember that. 

🌈Another year and 1/2 later and I fell pregnant with my rainbow baby boy, Marlow. I spent a long time during my pregnancy researching all of my birth rights, birthing options and how to work with my body during birth. I faced a few obstacles that could’ve influenced the birth I had, such as - gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, high BMI and a breech position late into pregnancy.
Despite all of those conditions/ situations I fought hard to have the birth I knew I deserved, wanted and COULD have! I had the most amazing and empowering birth, in a birthing centre and in a birth pool and it felt healing. 

I really want to help YOU to also learn about the power of hypnobirthing, your birth rights, the different types of births and how to make EVERY birth special and personal as your own! I have never felt so passionate about something and I cannot wait to help you on your discovery of all things hypnobirthing 💫
