This course is ideal to begin from 20- 32 weeks in your pregnancy, giving you and your birth partner time to practice what you've learnt, to best prepare you for labour.
It gives you complete access to the MP3's and scripts as well as as a complementary goody bag!

The Hypnobirthing Workshop
A wonderfully condensed class suitable for a Hypnobirthing refresher or, if you have taken a generic antenatal class and you're looking to complement it with the incredible knowledge of Hypnobirthing.
This course will be taught over 4 hours and is recommended from 20 weeks of pregnancy.

The Birth Planning Workshop
This course will be taught over 3 hours and will involve a discussion of your birth choices, preferences and access to the LBC birth plan template and icons.
You'll also have the opportunity to have help with your birth plan template, or if you'd rather do this privately and would like to forward it to me for feedback I'd be happy to help!

This course will be taught over 4 hours and is perfect if you are having a planned Caesarean birth.
During this workshop you'll learn about what to expect with a Caesarean birth, how to prepare and how to support recovery afterwards.
You'll be given access to a client manual, The Caesarean birth Icons, MP3's, birth partner script, Caesarean Birth plan template and Mindful Caesarean Birth Colouring.
